Stay and enjoy a stroll through the 65ha of grounds to admire the elaborate façade of the former abbey church (late 12C). Only a few vestiges remain from the former Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay, founded in the 12C by Cistercian monks from Savigny. It was purchased in the 19C by the Rothschild family who restored it and created a neo-Gothic manor house. It was later converted into a luxury hotel complex.
